Jim started in Stonemasonry in
February 1984, being trained by a small family business
in Coventry. He had many happy years there, until the time for the owner's
retirement.
Pollard Memorials was born in January
1997 as a result of the realisation that people needed someone who they could turn to for
advice, at what can be a very difficult and emotional time.
More and more businesses were being
bought up by large corporations, whose main aim is just to make money.
Pollard Memorials aim is to look
after customers and clients, and get the best for them.
Pollard Memorials is a family run
business with Jim as MD, Dorinda as Director and Customer Advisor, and Lauren - Dorinda's
daughter, as Office Manager and Customer Advisor.
Pollard Memorials also
have a workshop, right next door to the showroom, with our production team Wayne and
Andy.
We are passionate about helping
clients realise the best memorial possible for their loved ones, with no selling pressure, and the
best advice that we can give.
